Ideal Pennsylvania Notary Seal Embosser

The Ideal notary seal embosser is engineered with a dual-hinge lever to provide maximum results with minimal effort. In our opinion, the Ideal notary embosser is the best notary embosser in the business. Both the Ideal and Trodat model notary embossers are highly customizable, with an ergonomic handle and sleek modern design, and available in 3 and 5 colors, respectively.

The Ideal seal embosser creates clean, crisp impressions. Once you renew your commission, you can easily replace your notary seal insert with your new commission information.

Pennsylvania Notary Seal Requirements

The notary seal stamp must be a rubber stamp and must clearly show the following:

1. The words “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” and “Notary Seal,” the notaries name as it appears on their commission and the words “Notary Public,” in addition to the name of the county in which the notary maintains an office, and the notary public’s commission expiration date.

The seal must have a maximum height of one inch and width of three and one-half inches, with a plain border.

Using an embosser is optional, and does not replace the rubber stamp.
