The notary records journal has been designed for compliance with ALL states and jurisdictions, including California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Hawaii (soft cover only). Choose either the soft cover notary journal or the hard cover, which will withstand the day-to-day abuse that a notary journal may see.

A notary journal may also be referred to as a a notary register or notary ledger.

The purpose of a notary journal is to protect the notary if any transaction is called into question. A signature in the journal (and/or a thumbprint) is proof that you had a physical appearance by that individual. A notary journal is also a great deterrent to fraud. The record sections of this journal are comprehensive and laid out very logically. Anyone who has seen or used the common “office supply store” journals will consider using this journal a huge step up.

First, let me say that the journals are first rate. I’ve been using these journals for more than ten years. They far exceed the quality and functionality of every journal I’ve seen. I particularly like that each entry is on a single page, avoiding the hassle of trying to write in the “gutter” of the page.
The only complaint I have with the most recent transaction is that, for some reason, my order was delayed while you found a way around a “bug” in your accounting system that failed to accept my credit card payment.
In summary, the journals are first rate and I wouldn’t consider using any other.

The book is lovely, I like that each entry is on a single page. A privacy shield to protect the other information on the visible pages would be a huge benefit, I can make shift something, but to be included would be a perfect journal. I used the priority mail, ordered on 1.29.21 and received the item on 2.1, 2021. Very impressed with the fast service. I also called and asked a couple questions, they were answered with 100% satisfaction. Will do business again and would recommend highly to others to utilize this business.
