Kansas Notary Seal Embosser Requirements

The Kansas notary public seal must include all of the following required elements:

• The notary public’s name exactly as it appears on the application for
  commission as a notary public.
• The words “notary public”.
• The words “State of Kansas”.
• The stamp may contain the notary’s commission expiration date or a
  space for the notary to write in this date.
