Description
Every new and renewing Oregon notary public must have an official Oregon notary seal or stamp. The notary stamp is universal since it has all the required elements and it is also photographically reproducible. There are several notary stamp options. Customize your order to suit your needs.
Oregon Notary Stamp Requirements
The official stamp must be reasonably legible and must contain the Oregon state seal and the following words, in descending order, centered in the official stamp to the right of the state seal and in uppercase:
- The printed name of the notary public
- The words “NOTARY PUBLIC-OREGON
- The words “COMMISSION NO.” immediately followed by the notary public’s commission number
- The words “MY COMMISSION EXPIRES” immediately followed by the notary public’s commission expiration date, expressed in terms of the month (spelled out), two digit day, and four digit year

Oregon Notary Stamp Information
Brother stamps are the industry standard. They feature superior impression quality at 600 dpi and can last up to 50,000 impressions with proper re-inking. Brother notary stamps use oil-based inks.
PSI stamps are made from recycled plastic (50%). They use low emissions manufacturing practices. They last twice as long as a traditional self-inker. They feature laser print quality impression (300 dpi). They are re-inkable indefinitely.
