Apparently I misunderstood the "fee" section of the journal and have been putting the TOTAL fee charged, including travel. 😥 Therefore I've been filling it out incorrectly since the beginning of time!!! What do I do?

All you can do is start doing it correctly from now on. Use the notes field for any "extra" fees.
