The link below will take you to the latest wording for Assembly Bill 477, in the California Legislature.
The bill is slowly winding its way through to the Governor. This latest wording of the bill, is now going to the floor of the Assembly and then to the Senate. It must be passed by both houses and then signed by the Governor.
I predict this will happen, given CA's legislative tendencies.
