West Virginia Notary Stamp Requirements
A West Virginia rubber stamp seal must include the following:
1) the words “Official Seal,” “Notary Public” and “State of West Virginia”
2) the notary public’s name
3) the notary’s residential address or business address
4) the notary’s commission expiration date
5) the seal must have a border, and be no larger than 1 x 2 ½ inches.
