How's business where you are? I live in Southern California and things are moving... Of course they are the foreclosures & short sales but...brings in business. Another great thing helping me out is the HARP refinances. Curious how you all are doing. 🙂
Are you taking advantage of all the free advertising you can do on line for your business?
Business has been steady in Northern California also. I am doing a lot of purchase closings and re-fi's.
What am I doing wrong? I'm registered with Notary Rotary and several other loan signing companies and it's really flat! My business is down by a good 30% over just last year. Do you have any suggestions?
Advertise your business at local newspaper or the internet and try to use some 'good language' at it... 🙂
