I just received my commission and ordering my bond and supplies. How important is it to have E&O insurance when you are first starting out?

E&O protects you from financial damages for honest mistakes. It is 100% needed if you are doing Loan Signings, but you will have to consider your risk to determine how much coverage you may need.
