I recently passed my notary exam and completed my oath and bond with the county clerks office. I am purchasing my stamp and journal and had a question regarding my stamp. On my commission paperwork and bond my middle name was included, but when I signed my paperwork with the county clerk and SOS to be held on file, I did not include my middle name in my signature. Is my middle name required on my stamp and do I still sign my signature the way I did on file, without it? Or do they both need to be the same and I need to refile my signature?
