I instituted an approval process, which means I have to manually approve each user. Occasionally, a bogus may sneak in. Then I just delete all the posts and ban them. The problem is, the legitimate people I do approve never come back to post questions, etc. Not sure why.

Thank you Andy, hope this works. Some people are readers, which is fine also. Some are afraid to ask questions. Hope they do come back and ask their questions. No one here will jump on them because of question. At least, I would hope not.
