Commission Term: 6 years
Minimum Age: 18 years old
Residency: Resides or has a regular place of work or business within the boundaries of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indian’s reservation AND a citizen of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians or another Federally Recognized Tribe or is an employee of Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians AND has legal residency in the United States
Stamp/Seal: Required
Journal: Recommended
Bond: $10,000
Eligibility: Able to read and write
Other: May be required to submit documentation of a full criminal background check.
