Description

Every new and renewing Maryland notary public must have an official Maryland notary seal or stamp.  The notary stamp is universal since it has all the required elements and it is also photographically reproducible. 

Maryland Notary Stamp Requirements

A Maryland notary public’s official stamp can be an ink stamp or an embosser. The stamp must include:

• The name of the notary public as it appears on the notary’s commission;
• The words “Notary Public”; and
• The county in which the notary public was commissioned; and
• The notary public’s commission expiration date.

Maryland Notary Stamp Types

PSI stamps are made from recycled plastic (50%).  They use low emissions manufacturing practices.  They last twice as long as a traditional self-inker.  They feature laser print quality impression (300 dpi).  They are re-inkable indefinitely.
