The Alabama Notary Supplies Package includes:

For Cullman, DeKalb, Mobile, Montgomery, St. Clair and Tuscaloosa counties we are required to send the notary bond by mail, with a “wet” signature.  For all other counties, we will email your notary notary.

Your bond, stamp, and journal will be shipped within 24-48 business hours.

The bond protects the public. E&O insurance protects the notary. We highly recommend that every notary has at least enough E&O insurance to cover the bond amount. If you have more assets to protect and notarize higher risk documents, we recommend a higher policy amount.
