May I make a suggestion. I feel it would be a lot easier if each member has their "State" listed after their name. It is difficult to give accurate information if you don't know what state the notary is in. For instance, I have jmalone, but would like it to say jmalone/CA I tried to change this, but was unable to do so. I'm sure it's operator error on my part. Can you assist? TIA 😕
You must go to your User Control Panel then click on the Profile tab and you can update different details. As you see, my city and state are listed under my name.
