No, we do not require recertification.
Do I have to take an exam with the state after completing this course?
No, there are no state exams for loan signing training.
Can I take this training and get legally certified in CA as a loan signing agent online? Is the exam online?
The exam is online. There is no “legal” requirement to have loan signing doc training. This is mostly for informational purposes to help you get started in the industry.
I’ve already been background checked during my notary licensing process, I’m good for another year. Do I need to do another background check to be a NSA?
Unfortunately, most title companies want a separate background check outside of the one you got to become a notary.
