THE ONLY REQUIREMENTS: Prior to notarization, a video conference for proof of identity and the signing of documents via FaceTime, WhatsApp,
Zoom … Or a no-contact physical appearance at Henry Hudson Parkway office in the Bronx.
OPTION 1: Drop-off and pickup of documents by customer at Henry Hudson Parkway location by appointment only.
OPTION 2: Email the document to s.reich@earthlink.net. and it will be sealed and stamped and returned in person after video conference.
OPTION 3: After video conference, send scanned PDF document to notary's email and the notarized document will be returned by email via Adobe Scan.
(Pursuant to NY Executive Order 202.64).
The legal fee is $2 per signature in N.Y.
This no-risk service will be free for essential workers during the pandemic and customers suffering financial hardship as a consequence of Covid-19.
