Minimum Mobile Fee Is $80 plus $10 per every signature after 2. First two are free and included with mobile fee.
Mobile Fee depends on distance traveled. $80 is min and may be higher depending on distance. Home Base is at Bell and Central 85022. Approximate mobile rate within 4 miles of Home Base $80, $5 per mile thereafter. SURCHARGE may apply after 7 and on weekends. Any unexpected delays 30 minutes after arriving will be charged $40 will not guarantee any wait time availability. LOAN CLOSING PACKAGES MIN $125 - $250 CALL FOR QUOTE. E-DOCS PRINT SURCHARGE DEPENDS ON PACKAGE SIZE WITH A MINIMUM OF $25.
