Fees for Notarial act are set by State of California, $10.00 dollards per signer. Price includes notarization of documents., Please Note: we are Mobile Notary and traveling fees are not included..

Fees for Mobile Notary Services:
$ 10.00 per Signature per Document
$ 45.00 & Up - Mobile/Convenience Fee* (Determined by location and time)
*Fee is still due & payable if signing does not occur for any reason when Notary
arrives, or if appointment is cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled time.
"Wait time" (After 10 minutes of scheduled appointment - $15.00) (plus $15 each addit'l 10 minutes)
"After hours" signing (11 pm - 8 am) - $85.00 - $100.00 service fee
"Short notice / last minute" signing - TBD
County Jails - $85.00 minimum
Returned check fee - $45 charge for NSF checks
Fees for Loan Document Signing Services**:
$125 - $250 - 1st set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc.)
$ 100 - Second set of loan documents at same signing
$ 75 - Printing of E-docs (2 sets of one loan)
** Services include notarization, obtaining all signatures required and proper identification, acquiring any additional information from Borrower as required by lender/escrow, pick-up and delivery, and completion in a timely manner, at a convenient location for the borrowers and/or escrow, title or lender.
If Borrower does not show or refuses to sign documents, fee is still due and payable. This fee will be equal to a minimum of 1/2 of the signing fee, OR printing charges and travel fee of $65 as well as fee for wait time, whichever is
greater. This is to insure that all documents are properly prepared and orrowers are well-informed prior to Notary Signing Agent's arrival to conduct the signing.
