Notary Fees/Travel Charges: $15.00 per signature notarized plus travel charges Travel Charges: $50.00 Determined by location and time Acknowledgment: $15.00 per signature $12.00 for Senior Citizens Jurats: $15.00 per Signature Certifying a Copy of a Power of Attorney: $15.00 Fees for Loan Document Signing Services: First set of Loan Documents (purchase, refinance, etc.) $125.00 - $250.00 Second Set Loan Documents at same signing $100.00 Veterans I will notarize your documents free of charge if you are currently in the military with ID; providing you come to me. (Local coffee house discount) No loan documents. ID required A notary public completing the notary certificate verifies only the identity of the individual who signed the document, to which the certificate is attached, and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document. I charge an additional nominal fee for traveling services.
