About
Thank you for visiting my website! I’ll be honest; I struggled with what to write in this "About Me" section - originally typing out my entire work experience history and resume before deciding that in this case, I think less is more. So here you are! You’ve most likely gathered my name is Lynzie Goehring. I am a mobile notary fully licensed, bonded and insured and I run LG Mobile Notary; serving all of Kern County and surrounding areas. I specialize in commercial real estate and occasionally work as a consultant to tenants, landlords, potential property owners and investors alike, advising them on the local real estate market, lease negotiations and answering general real estate Q&A. I am working hard to grow my notary business in Bakersfield by providing honest, reliable customer service to each of my clients - backing my notary stamp and signature 100% on every document. To date I have not had a stamp/signature of mine be challenged. I strive to keep my rates competitive - I do this by offering no additional fees for evenings or weekend appointments; charging only the state allowed $15 fee per signature with a very minimal travel fee. On a case by case basis, I waive the travel fee should the document being signed require multiple stamp/signatures on my part. I carry a full set of Jurat forms, Acknowledgement forms, and professional supplies (stamp, ink-less ink pad, embosser, seals, gold leaf) all of which are available to my clients at their appointment. I have a strong passion for the local real estate industry and am a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition to my notary business, I have an amazing fiancé who I adore, a Jack Russell and Pit Bull (quite the unlikely pair!) and I spend my free time at my home away from home, Ventura Beach, CA! I look forward to getting to know you and hopefully becoming your preferred Bakersfield Notary Public. -Lynzie Goehring C: (661)-862-0919
Fees
I charge the standard State of California required rate of $15.00 per signature that requires my notary stamp/seal. For mobile notary services, a low travel rate will be charged with the above State of CA set rate. I keep this rate competitive and will waive the travel cost if multiple stamp/signatures are required (case by case basis). All fees will be fully discussed up front during our initial phone conversation as well as before I notarize the document, there are never any hidden or additional fees! ** I currently accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
