USPS
If your notary supply order was shipped via USPS regular mail, Priority Mail, or Ground Select, we will not be able to offer a shipping refund based on the performance of the United States Postal Service. While First Class mail and Ground Select are typically delivered in 3 days, the USPS does not offer any sort of guarantee. Similarly, while Priority Mail is often delivered in 2 days, it is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for USPS performance and therefore cannot refund to you payment we have made to them.
UPS
If your notary supply order was shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air and did not arrive on time, we may be able to refund your shipping charge if UPS failed to meet its Guaranteed Service Refund commitment. Please note that there are a large number of Exclusions to the UPS Service Guarantee and, in our experience, UPS will frequently refuse refund requests due to “adverse weather conditions” (which could conceivably occur anywhere in the US along the route your package takes from us to you). The bottom line is that we are not responsible for the package-handling and delivery performance of UPS, but if UPS is willing to grant a Guaranteed Service Refund, we can credit your shipment charge back to you.
