I am a Mobile Notary Public and Certified Loan Signing Agent.  I have been certified through the National Notary Association, Academy for Notaries, and 123 Notary. REQUIREMENTS FOR NOTARIZATION Incomplete documents cannot be notarized.  Please fill out the document completely (except signature).  In many cases, the signature line must be signed in front of the notary. Must present one of the following for identification:

  • A California driver's license or I.D. card issued by the CA Dept. of Motor Vehicles
  • A driver's license or I.D. card issued by another state
  • A driver's license issued by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue drivers' licenses
  • A United States passport
  • A passport issued by a foreign government, provided that it has been stamped by the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service or the U.S. Citizenship
