I'm a certified legal assistant working with a sole practitioner, Maggie O'Rourke, in Mendocino. We specialize in Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Elder Issues. I am in training to become a CASA volunteer.
Fees
The standard, statutory fees apply for the notarization: $10.00 per signature. I'm happy to negotiate travel costs with you on an individual basis (if you live on the coast you know that 50 miles on Highway 101 is different that 50 miles on Highway 1).
