An employee id card issued by an office or agency of the State of California, a city or county or city/county office or agency. A US passport/passport card or a foreign passport stamped by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services or US INS. An armed forces identification card - active, retired, or dependent. An inmate identification card issued by CA Dept of Corrections . A Canadian or Mexican driver's license. * All Id"s must contain the signer's photo, physical description, signature, and Id number. Social Security card not valid. *Credible and Subscribing Witnesses when applicable.
