Process Real Estate Transactions from the time of execution date to
settlement date:
• Monitor all due dates within the contract and provide you and your team
with an update on any tasks that are outstanding throughout the transaction
process.
• Communicate diligently with your clients, selling/listing agent, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, contractors and title company on all current and future steps of the transaction.
• Drop off (if in local geography) or send via mail Good Faith Deposit checks.
• Organize all pertinent files in your file system.
• Schedule inspections/walk-through/settlement/contractors.
• Send invitations via Gmail for all walk-through/settlement/inspection
appointments.
• Ask Buyers Agents to KINDLY pick up sign/lockbox after walk-thru.
