My experience includes refinances, purchases (buyer, seller, cash) FHA, VA and reverse mortgages as well as Trust Documents and Settlements.

You'll find me to be knowledgeable about loan documents and current notary law, attentive to detail, careful about confidentiality and responsive to your needs. I treat every signer with respect and consideration. 

I'm available seven days a week between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm by appointment.

The areas that I cover are El Dorado, Placer and Sacramento County. 

I am able to accept electronic (laser dual printer) and overnight documents.
