Description

Every new and renewing Massachusetts notary public must have an official Massachusetts notary seal or stamp.  The notary stamp is universal since it has all the required elements and it is also photographically reproducible. 

Massachusetts Notary Stamp Requirements

The notary seal or stamp should include: the notary public’s name; the words “notary public,” “Commonwealth of Massachusetts” or “Massachusetts,” and “(my) commission expires on [commission expiration date];” and a facsimile of the great seal of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Each new notarial seal that uses ink shall use black ink.

Massachusetts Notary Stamp Types

PSI stamps are made from recycled plastic (50%).  They use low emissions manufacturing practices.  They last twice as long as a traditional self-inker.  They feature laser print quality impression (300 dpi).  They are re-inkable indefinitely.
