Hi,

This is our first post. We are due to make final payments and complete on our studio apartment in December 2009. It would be very difficult for us to travel to Bulgaria to sign in person in front of the Notary. Has anyone any experience of using a Solicitor to do this with Power of Atorney? Any ideas on approx cost, problems etc. Any recommendations, suggestions would be very much appreciated. does it have to be a Solicitor or has anyone used their Estate Agent?We are in Block A1 facing the pool, does anyone know what number photo in the gallery shows this block?

Please help.
