Before working with people like this, go to NotaryRotary.com and look at Signing Central and see the Signing
Companies star rating. Don't work with those that have less than stellar comments. Plenty has been written
about this individual, do a search on the Notary forum.

If memory serves me correctly, Paul Gambs has been out of business for quite some time now - I believe PDS closed down quite a while ago and there was word of a bankruptcy in the works (not sure if that ever went through).

If the bankruptcy did go through, there is no claim, especially if he filed for the business, which is belly-up.

It would help if you disclosed this other company for reference rather than his personal phone number to contact him for debts of PDS - which, by the way, if discharged in bankruptcy it would be illegal to continue to dun him for payment.
