Hello, I have searched the posts, but with so many I may very well have missed a previous posting that answers my question. While taking the Notary Training course and in subsequent reviewing of the Notary Training Manual for my state (Alabama) I did not see reproducible Loose Certificates. As it is suggested, and I believe a very good idea, to keep Loose Certificates available for use should need be, are there templates or samples available? Thank you.
Check with your state's SOS - most states provide sample certs. There may be some here too in the "Notary Training" section. If you can get the information of what's required in your certs, make them up on your computer and save it for future use, then print out as necessary. Yes, you can make your own and use them - totally acceptable provided they're compliant with your state laws.
I, too, carry a supply in my briefcase "just in case" - and thank you for the reminder - time to reprint for 2014.
